If you are willing to wait and are signed up for my newsletter, I'll let you know once it is up and running. Otherwise, I encourage you to purchase the book through your preferred retailer.

If you wanted a signed hardcover, you'll have to wait even longer as they haven't printed yet. Unfortunately, I didn't get the order put in before the holiday rush. I hope to have those by the end of December.
